Use this as the first stop for information the family already has. Paste copied notes, document text, ancestry summaries, deed notes, obituary text, census notes, Dawes/tribal enrollment clues, land history, timelines, or family stories. The prototype will create a sorting preview and suggested follow-up tasks. You can paste text directly or upload files; text-based files can be read locally for testing, while PDFs, Word files, images, and scans are captured as file references for future AI/OCR processing.
Important: This prototype uses AI-style rule sorting in the browser. A future shared version can use a real AI engine to read files and route details into the right records, but official facts should still require admin approval.

When someone adds research, the system can suggest tasks. When a related post is marked verified or added, linked tasks can move forward automatically.
AI checklist rule: Safe workflow steps can be marked complete automatically. Sensitive conclusions such as parentage, tribal/enrollment identity, land loss, ownership, DNA findings, or relationship corrections still need admin review.
